Companies and Professionals wishing to be admitted as an associate undertake to contribute to the development of congresses, conferences, seminars and socializing events, incentive and communication and professional development of employees, sharing the character and purposes of the Association. The Association can be joined by Companies and Professionals that have registered offices in Italy and carrying out activities related to the organization and conduct of all types of events.

Based on the main function performed, the associates are included in the following functional categories:
Destinations and venues, DMC and Incentive, Organisers of congresses, events and ECM Provider, Services and Consulting.
